Job Description
you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of transformative supply chain solutions for leading companies. You will draw on your experience to work collaboratively with Capgemini colleagues and our clients to support them in understanding the challenges they face, to develop and land solutions in their business.You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and will ensure the effective delivery and timely completion of projects in alignment with commercial goals, applying appropriate implementation approaches based on delivery concepts, consulting tools and methodologies. You will be responsible for delivering to plan (scope, quality and time).

Primary Skill
sYou will have 9-12 or more years of experience working in the field of supply chain in consulting and industry experience as well.You will have demonstrable experience across a representative sample of the following: Deep understanding of Supply Chain deliver areas such as Order Management, Transport management, Warehouse management, Customer service and reverse logistics (including experience with tools and techniques used in planning, such as Llamasoft, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, OMP, o9 solutions, Anaplan)Good understanding of Supply chain strategy, deep knowledge of processes and process design/ optimisation, operating model design delivery and identifying and delivering enabling technology.Problem solving capability, where you work closely with the clients to understand their pain points and design solutions accordingly to drive KPI improvements.Experience in Supply chain solution design, cost optimization and strategy design/ consultationComfortable working in stimulating roles and experience working in agile delivery models. You’ll be resilient and have a strong focus on speed and quality of executionAbility to apply creative thinking and innovative methods to your clients’ business needs to gain commitment and deliver outstanding work Secondary Skills Understanding of leading supply chain initiatives, such as Control Towers, Gen AI and Machine Learning and its impact on planning stream.Ability to document AS IS process Maps and design “To be Process” designsGood Communication skillsMust Have MBA from any Tier1/2 Institute
